• How will food/art vendors be set up?

Dia De Los Muertos is a 2-day event. All vendors must set up their booth spaces and leave it for the duration of the 2 day event. 

There will be 24 hour security on site to ensure the safety of your booth/products.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Once we review your submission, you will be sent a link to pay for the event.  No refunds will be given.

• How much does it cost?

ARTIST BOOTH

-11:11 encourages booths hosted by local artists and artisans with a Mexican/Dia De Los Muertos themed merchandise.

-We encourage handmade, one-of-a-kind merchandise (NO IMPORTED OR COMMERCIAL GOODS)

-All merchandise or display items must be legal & family friendly.

Single 10x10 booth - $150 (for 2 days)

NON PROFIT

Booths promoting non profits, community services & resources and local government will be accepted.

Single 10x10 booth - $200 (for 2 days)

FOR PROFIT BUSINESS

Booths promoting and selling products for a non governmental agency or non profit.

Commercial, for profit businesses which are not independently owned and do not have a brick and mortar location.

Single 10x10 booth - $200 (for 2 days)

FOOD VENDORS

Food trucks not be able to participate in this event. Only food vendor booths.

Single 10x10 booth - $350 (for 2 days)

 

• WHAT TYPE OF PERMITS DO I NEED?

Artist and Artisan vendors do not need a sellers permit in order to participate.

Food Vendors will be provided with health department permits for THIS event only once the fee is paid.

 

• WHERE IS IT?

This event is held at Pacoima City Hall - 13520 Van Nuys Blvd, Pacoima

• WHERE WILL MY BOOTH BE LOCATED?

-Van Nuys is CLOSED to traffic, vendor booths will be placed in  the street.

-Specific booth locations and load-in instructions/maps will be sent to you the week prior to the event. This will                       include your booth number, drive up and parking directions and maps.

-An 11:11 ACC rep will be on-site during load-in to answer questions and assist in directing you to your booth space.

• WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

-You must provide your own materials including lights, tables, chairs, tents/canopies, extension chords, etc.

 11:11 ACC will not provide any materials.

-Each vendor will be assigned a maximum of ONE outlet and 20 amps (200 watts per 10x10 booth). Please use low wattage LEDs in your booth. If additional power is used, you will be charged extra.

• WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FILL OUT THE FORM ABOVE?

Your information will be submitted to the event producers and you will be contacted with the next steps to participate.

BY REGISTERING FOR A BOOTH SPACE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. READ BELOW!

I and, if applicable, on behalf of my company, its officers, directors, members, partners, agents and representatives, my heirs, executors, administrators, next ofkin, successors, and assigns, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS, AND I COVENANT NOT TO SUE, 11:11 A Creative Collective (hereinafter “11:11”), Council District 7, and each of their respective affiliated and subsidiary entities, directors, shareholders, members, officers, officials, agents, employees, contractors, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the Event, and all of their successors and assigns (“Releasees”), of and from all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, at law or in equity, suits, claims, demands, damages, liability, lost cost or expense, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent (hereinafter referred to as “Claims”) which I may have or hereafter have against the Releasees by reason of any personal injuries that I may sustain, and/or loss or damage to property, resulting from my participation in the Event, and/or any and all risks assumed by me under this Release.

I further hereby authorize and grant to 11:11 and/or anyone authorized by or acting on its behalf (herein “11:11”) the license, right, permission and consent to collect, use and reuse, copyright, print reproduce, publish, and depict my name, voice, likeness, and/or likeness of my work, in any manner that 11:11 may deem necessary or appropriate, in all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, in and in connection with the production, distribution, marketing, promotion, advertisement, packaging, sale, publication, exhibition, and/or exploitation of the Event and/or other 11:11 activities, including, without limitation, in any and all print advertisements, broadcasts, telecasts, and/or retransmissions of or regarding the Event. It is explicitly understood that I retain all ownership of my work and 11:11 will not sell any likeness of my work without my prior written consent.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND MY REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT CONSTITUTES MY UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT TO ALL THE STATEMENTS ABOVE AND MY UNDERSTANDING THAT BY SO REGISTERING I AM GIVING UP MY LEGAL RIGHT TO SUE THE RELEASEES AND/OR TO SEEK COMPENSATION FROM THE RELEASEES FOR ANY INJURIES AND/OR DAMAGES THAT I MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, AND THAT I HEREBY REGISTER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.

Chalk Alley

We invite Professional artists, hobbyists and student to participate in our Chalk Alley!  All participants, including assistants and children,must complete this application.

Please note: All designs must be appropriate for all ages.  Any design depicting offensive material will be erased. No word or symbols used to promote an agenda or brand will be accepted. Only chalk in solid form will be accepted. No paint, fixatives or pastels will be permitted.

Participation is free and materials will be provided.
